Here's a step by step procedure on how to manually upgrade Galaxy Gio S5660 to Android 2.3.3 Gingerbrd using with the build firmware S5660XXKPM. This firmware was alrdy roll out via KIES server in some regions over Europe. This is a manual process of flashing the Stock ROM using ODIN multi-downloader tool just unless if having difficulty upgrading via KIES update.
