Another Android 2.3.4 Gingerbrd firmware Galaxy S2 is available on stock via samfimware. This firmware version is an Arabic 2.3.4 Gingerbrd with build I9100JPKI1 with CSC file OJPKI1 and build date as of September 2011. The said I9100JPKI1 stock ROM was pulled from official Kies server from Egypt a few days ago.
